MIXED MEDIA
Renee's Mixed Media pieces combine layering of photography, acrylic paint, watercolor pencil, type, various papers, and fabric. She also uses four photo transfer processes. The embedded layers provide hidden elements that are revealed upon each viewing of a piece. Renee' enjoys working in Mixed Media because it allows her to combine her two favorite media, painting and photography.
